Last month Canadian rapper Drake initiated legal action against Universal Music Group and Spotify accusing them of artificially inflating the popularity of Kendrick Lamar's Drake diss track, 'Not Like Us [click here if you missed that].'
Now a date has been set for the first court hearing...

Drake is slated for a court date for his petition against Universal Music Group and Spotify after filing pre-action petitions against both companies.
The date is scheduled for December 20, Kurrco reported.

Drake is frazzled
Tatooed eyebrows?
WASTING TAX PAYERS $$$$$ ON THIS BULLSH!T...
Thing is, bringing this lawsuit will shine a light on his own dealings. Good. Push it through, because I'm tired of hip hop Zoolander.
He has to knock all that Crodie Crying out! Toughen up and accept the fact that if we never hear NLU again we will never forget it. It's a Classic and he is done.
We should a put that sh*t on repeat... again!
I’ve been playing ALL the tracks back2back aubrey… like on REPEAT… run up the streams AGAIN y’all
Hopefully he will ride of into the sunset after this. Diversify his business portfolio and focus on adulting now that he is approaching 40. Hip Hop is for the youth and Rap is for those savage enough to compete regardless of outcome. Go quietly before his allegations come to light like his peers.
