One of Diddy's Assault Lawsuits Has Been Dismissed

Two months ago Houston attorney Tony Buzbee announced he was representing more than 150 men and women accusing Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs of sixual assault [click here if you missed that].

Now one of Diddy's male accusers just had his case dismissed...

From ABC
A federal judge in New York on Wednesday dismissed a civil lawsuit filed against Sean "Diddy" Combs by a then-39 year old man who said he was sixually assaulted by Combs at a 2022 house party in New York.
The anonymous plaintiff, who now lives in Georgia, said he attended the party with friends and consumed alcohol that had been provided to him by other individuals at the party.
"After consuming the drink, Plaintiff began to feel disoriented and began to lose control of his body and to lose consciousness," the lawsuit said, mirroring a fact pattern by other anonymous accusers represented by personal injury attorneys who have filed numerous other lawsuits against Combs.
According to the man, when he regained consciousness, "he was in a dark bedroom with black walls, on a bed with black sheets. Everything around him was dark. Plaintiff was horrified to find Combs on top of him, s***mizing him."
On Wednesday, the judge said the plaintiff failed to get the court’s permission to file anonymously as John Doe. She dismissed the case because “such a proceeding must be commenced as a miscellaneous case with leave from the Court to proceed using a pseudonym.”
All of the lawsuits filed against Combs by Houston-based personal injury attorney Tony Buzbee involve anonymous plaintiffs.

Most of the cases are BS but I hope the real victims won't get caught up in the sensationalism of online gossipers, youtube loud mouthes and tiktok weirdos. Those who were really harmed by Sean Combs need to have their cases heard and their day in court for justice.

He has the right to face his accuser! If all 150 file anonymously, how can you defend yourself??? Someone who won't name themselves says you sixually assaulted them in 1998, 2022???? WHO??? If you want this money, you must REVEAL YOURSELF like you're on line with the Divine Nine!!

^ I AGREE... TO A CERTAIN EXTENT (SMIRK).

This was a technical dismissal, not because there wasn’t grounds.
