NBA Youngboy Pleads Guilty in Prescription Drug Case

Back in April Baton Rouge rapper, NBA Youngboy, was caught impersonating a doctor while on house arrest in Utah to call in prescriptions for promethazine at a local drug store [click here if you missed that].

NBA pleads guilty...

From ABC 4
Rapper NBA YoungBoy entered a Logan City courtroom on Monday morning, Nov. 18, with his head hung low as he pleaded guilty to his part in a large-scale prescription drug fraud ring that he operated out of his multi-million dollar home in Huntsville.
The 25-year-old rapper, whose legal name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, was originally charged in the Logan District Court with 46 charges related to the accusations.
On Monday, he pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree felony identity fraud, two counts of third-degree felony forgery, and six counts of misdemeanor unlawful pharmacy conduct. Gaulden entered a “no contest” plea to the remaining charges.
As part of the plea deal, Gaulden will not be asked to serve time in Utah State Prison. Instead, his four felony charges were reduced to Class A Misdemeanors and he was ordered to pay a $25,000 fine.
Logan District Judge Spencer Walsh agreed to suspend a prison sentence as Gaulden is expected to serve a “substantial” 27 months in federal prison for related charges in a federal case stemming out of Weber County. Following his release, Gaulden will then be placed on five years of federal supervised probation.
“This is somewhat of a unique case where there have been multiple jurisdictions involved both in the federal and the state systems,” said state prosecutor Ronnie Keller. “This is just really a smaller cog in the bigger wheel of ultimately seeking justice.”

Honestly all the record label wants s for that boy to get out of jail and make them money otherwise they could care less about this kid.
They tried to sequester him in Utah to keep him out of trouble and that didn't work what other young black man is getting only 24 months in jail after running a prescription drug ring?
He's more valuable to the record label than he is to himself

His hair looks nice in its natural state. You only pick your fingers throughout your hair and twist the ends, when it’s like that.

Everything possible by man was tried to get him clean off those drugs. Hopefully he’ll come out clean and stay clean, Young Thug looks to have stayed off those drugs since he got out.
