A lot of these victims wanted to not be named because they did not want public backlash!!! Him and his attorneys know that that’s why they pulled it and thought maybe some of the victims won’t move forward but surprise surprise

NOT ONLY DOES IT GIVE THEM A WAY TO DEFEND THEIR CLIENT, IT ALSO HELPS TO DETER FOLKS FROM FILING FALSE CLAIMS AGAINST THEIR CLIENT(S) WHILE STILL REMAINING JANE/JOHN DOES.
A JUDGE ALLOWS IT TO DISSUADE HEARING FALSE CLAIMS IN THEIR COURTROOMS FROM FOLKS LOOKING FOR A QUICK MONEY GRAB.
CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES FOLKS BROUGHT FALSE COMPLAINTS AGAINST OTHERS & CASES WERE BROUGHT BEFORE A JUDGE OR MAGISTRATE ONLY TO COME TO THE REALIZATION THAT THESE FOLKS HAVE NO REAL CASE & HAD WASTED EVERYONE'S TIME JUST BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THEY'D BE BELIEVED W/O EVIDENCE OR WOULD RECEIVE AN OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT BEFOREHAND.
This is good but this isnt the 17 yo assault victim from Michigan who met him in 2003 and took pics on his lap. Thats the one who claims to be a "celebrity" and needs special protection lol
@1:29 You're absolutely right. We believe victims but let's not act like some people aren't going to use these circumstances for a money grab. They've already unmasked two. It's very sad. True victims are fighting for justice. The defendant is fighting for his life. No room for liars.
