@10:03am Berry Gordy was known for rippin' off his artists. I think when he moved Motown to LA it got worst. And Clive was in the mix doing the same thing. If memory serves me, he couldn't do that will Ray Charles (RIP). He may have been blind, but damn sure wasn't stupid. So yes, Diddy and Russell had the blueprint on how to rip people off. #Rush Card.
@11:03 Fr. Clive reminds me of a snake....... Some Motown artists died broke from Berry lowballing them. He also insisted on getting writing credits on some songs because he changed one word. All the record companies had ways of ripping off the artists
I think Motown contributed a lot, especially during the civil rights movement when they moved quietly and proudly. They exposed the world to Black Americans in a way most people hadn't seen, but a lot of people at Motown were responsible for that, not just Berry.
Wonder if Smokey Robinson was there too? They were tight and made the same money together as producers, owners, and writers. Smokey was the artist too so i wonder if they’re still friends/brothers/partners
Yes,, Smokey and Berry still BFF. He said it during an interview. This was also the interview they asked Smokey about his affair with Diana while he was married Lol Diana probably didn’t want to attend the party because Berry is still a flirt and seems to be still smitten by Diana lol

OMG she looks just like her Daddy 🥰that’s a beautiful photo I’m sure she’ll cherish these moments with her Father. To still have him here with you during your middle aged years is a blessing that so many don’t ever experience.
