Last month attorney Tony Buzbee announced he was representing more than 150 men and women suing Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs for assault [click here if you missed that].
Now Buzbee is being sued for assault...
From The Blast
Tony Buzbee, the Texas attorney representing 120 alleged victims of Sean "Diddy" Combs, has found himself entangled in allegations of assault.
A woman whom he represented in a divorce case years ago has claimed that he assaulted her using a champagne flute as a weapon.
Tony Buzbee has also been slammed with a lawsuit after a mystery celebrity linked to Sean "Diddy" Combs sued him for extortion.
A woman who filed as Jane Doe claims in a lawsuit that Buzbee was her attorney in her divorce case some time ago and that he assaulted her with a champagne flute during the process.
A source close to the woman told the news outlet that Jane Doe claims she was in a public place when the Texas-based lawyer saw her and flew into a "fit of rage" and allegedly pushed the champagne flute into her face, chipping her tooth. She claims there are medical and dental records to prove her injuries.
The woman also noted that Buzbee messed up her divorce case and committed malpractice, costing her millions of dollars.
"Tony Buzbee is a hypocrite. There is nothing worse than when a black hat masquerades as a white hat," the woman's lawyer, Jeremy Bohrer, shared.
Buzbee has distanced himself from the allegations, alleging that there seems to be a collusion between this lawsuit and a previously filed extortion suit against him.
"That's crazy fiction. Like really crazy. Like ridiculously crazy. I would ask if the lawyer bringing this silly case is friends with a lawyer from the firm that brought the other [extortion] case. All this will be exposed soon."
