Teyanna knew the assignment and nailed it!

Now I see a semblance of resemblance between TT & Lady Dionne Warwick.
Before when it had circulated that TT may be cast to play DW I was not convinced-I'm still not- but, now I understand why someone thought she would make a interesting younger DW in a bio pic.

She's a good cast match for Dionne Warwick. I will forever be perplexed and salty that India.Arie was not cast to portray Nina Simone.

Add another legend to the list TT can play in a biopic

Still want to see TT play Cicely Tyson. Yes ma’am

They don’t want India Arie to have success like her peers. She would have been a better choice to poetry Nina!

portray

I have seen Nina Simone in concert dozens of times. India.Arie did not have the chops to play that role.

Indie’s a wonderful singer but she’s not an actor. So maybe it was just that…these biopics have to have actors who can sing or singers who can act - must be both.

Long overdue here

Omg Hudson just have to sing all over this legend. I know she’s trying to help but uh, let the older lady sing some

1:23PM, I can't stand her for just that reason. She annoys TF out of me always trynna outsing everybody. Like bish, we know your wide mouth asss can sang so STFU and let the legend have her moment!

Please, DW has the SAME EXACT Facial expression whenever her friend and fellow legend Patti LaBelle OUTSINGS her.
I like J-HUD's singing. She's doing what she was asked to do as a guest performer.
