This week Canadian rapper Tory Lanez filed an ethics complaint against, Shawn Holley, his former attorney in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting case, after accusing her of having secret links to Roc Nation [click here if you missed that].

Attorney Shawn Holley is strongly denying allegations Tory Lanez brought in an ethics complaint he filed with the State Bar of California last week.
TMZ has learned of a letter sent by Holley's counsel to the State Bar in November 2023 ... saying in no uncertain terms that Holley "has no relationship whatsoever with Roc Nation." The letter goes on to emphasize "Ms. Holley has never represented Roc Nation, nor has Roc Nation ever been a client of our law firm."
As for Tory's allegation Holley abandoned him at a critical point of his trial ... in one of his previous court filings Tory revealed emails between Holley and himself, which made it clear she did not want to move forward with a "completely new and different defense" that she was unwilling to advance -- and also that she had a scheduling conflict with the trial date.
Holley's attorney's letter to the State Bar reaffirms both of those facts.

BUT, I ALSO BELIEVE THAT AN UNCOMFORTABLY LOUD DISCUSSION MAY'VE BEEN HAD BY MTS, TL, & THE OTHER CHICK THAT MAY'VE GOTTEN OUT OF CONTROL THAT TL PULLED A LOADED GUN TRYING TO PROVE SOME FORM OF A POINT, THAT ULTIMATELY HAD GOTTEN MTS SHOT IN THE FOOT & TL CHARGED & CONVICTED OF THE TRAGIC INCIDENT.
I'M NOT AT ALL OF THE BELIEF THAT SOMEONE JUST PULLS A GUN & SHOOT FOR NO REASON.

WHEN RIHANNA HAD DONE HER INTERVIEW DETAILING THE EVENT OF WHAT OCCURRED BETWEEN SHE & CHRIS BROWN WITH DIANE SAWYER, RIH DIDN'T LEAVE MUCH OF THE DETAILS OUT. WHY DID MTS?
TL SHOULD'VE TAKEN THE STAND & TESTIFIED OF HIS RECOLLECTION OF WHAT OCCURRED, BUT THE PROBLEM MAY BE IF HE WAS INEBRIATED AT THE TIME PARTS OF THE INCIDENT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN AS CLEAR TO RECALL UNDER OATH.

I JUST THOUGHT MTS PROBABLY VERBALLY EMASCULATED TL ONE TOO MANY TIMES, CALLED HIS BLUFF, & HEIS DRUNK AZZ DECIDED TO ATTEMPT TO SCARE HER WITH THE GUN, THE GUN, THE GUN, THE GUN, BUT WHEN MTS PROBABLY HADN'T SHOWN FEAR HE TRIED TO MAKE HER 'DANCE'/SHOW THAT FOOT WORK & THAT'S HOW SHE GOT SHOT.
