The hip-hop star, 34, died from an accidental drug overdose, according to a report by the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
Per the report, which was obtained by PEOPLE, Several drugs were found in his system including fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, promethazine and THC.
The report also indicated that the late rapper showed no signs of trauma when his body was found and examined. His death was ruled an accident.

You should only use fentanyl if it's prescribed by a doctor and usually it's in a transdermal patch. So what type of pills their taking they have no clue what the strength is.
