The attorney for Team Carter clarifies he did NOT send Piers a cease and desist, he sent an ultimatum...
The Carters' attorney, Alex Spiro, joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and we asked him about Jay and Bey's response to Piers' show 'Uncensored' broadcasting an interview with Jaguar Wright, who claimed the couple had more "victims" than Diddy.
Alex says Piers was exploiting the rumor mill by allowing these false allegations to hit the airwaves ... and he says he gave Piers an ultimatum ... remove the claims and apologize, or face a court order to take the interview down.
Jay and Bey's attorney says Jaguar's allegations are demonstrably false, and Piers should never have allowed the claims to make it on the show, blasting Piers as an irresponsible so-called journalist.
Alex says Piers didn't just harm the Carters here ... he also drowned out the voices of real victims.

Carter's aren't going after her because they don't want to give her attention. Let her rot to death in the back seat of the car where she lives. Don't put her on the front page.
Piers Morgan didn’t bring her on to speak about Jay And Bydummy though. She was on there to speak about Diddy which she had been saying for years. Now that Diddy is locked up Piers wanted to to hear from her her thoughts. Jaguar slipped in the part about Jay and Beydummy which Piers did say they were not able to defend themselves. He did right! He also apologized so the only reason people are up in arms is because Jaguar hit her target!
She made people pay attention unknowing . Now white peoples doing the most because money like always, cover up dirty deeds.
So, I guess Alex Spiro is the "go to" lawyer. He's also representing NYC Mayor Eric Adams hmmmm.
If she's lying, just take her to court. 8-)
Piers works for a network and has a boss. He has to do as he's told. Them higher ups don't want to spend a single coin being dragged into court. In true Ooish fashion, they took the cheaper way out. Jaguar parked somewhere screaming sue me bih!!!!
They can actually sue Jaguar and have her locked up for false information but the problem is, she isn’t lying. They have already begun digging into the Carters. Too late.

WHY WOULD JW SPEAK THIS AS HER TRUTH FOR MANY YEARS & THE CARTERS STAY QUIET W/O THREATENIGN TO SUE IF IT WERE NOT TRUE?
