Back in August actress Halle Berry accused her third ex husband, Olivier Martinez, of dropping out of their court ordered parenting classes for the summer [click here if you missed that].
Halle scores a minor victory in the case...

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge sided with Halle ... but did note Olivier had already complied with her request after she dragged him to court over the issue.
The docs also say the judge is ordering both exes to refrain from discussing any child custody issues with their kid, or from making negative comments about the other or their significant others in front of the boy.

This right here is why I got my tubes tied. I don't understand these women out here having several baby daddies, dragging them to hell and back. All it took was one knuckle-dragging idiot for me to know that I don't ever again want to be stuck with some mama's mistake in parenting.
