"His mother was like, 'Yo. I can't do this. I'm going to have to give him up for adoption.' I never seen his mother again. ... I don't know how to give up on my kids. I don't know how to not love on my kids. That's impossible." - @fatjoe #CODPartner pic.twitter.com/XQ1psMUkOj

That's effed up.
He obviously comes from good people.
He needs a treadmill
I never knew this about Joe and I'm sure that was a very difficult time in his life but I'm glad he didn't walk away from his son. Joe has lost a lot of weight and he should stay right there and not lose anymore.

Shut yo dumb a#$ up
I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND HIS CIRCUMSTANCE & APPLAUD JOEY CRACK FOR DOING WHAT'S NEEDED FOR HIS SON
🙌🏽. Joe is real one! Most, fathers too, just give up.
Some dads would've abandoned their child too if this was the situation the kid was faced with. But I'm so glad Joe didn't do it
I even remember his son appearing in one of FJ's music videos. He seems proud of his son despite the diagnosis of the young man's condition
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Joe sounds like we should be rewarding him for being a dad. Bye
Fatty thinks Latinos started hip hop. Fuk him. Also, he’s not ready for shorts. He has muscle wasting because he doesn’t work his legs out. He really does need a treadmill.
I applaud FJ for being a good parent and for losing a significant amount of the weight he once carried around.
I just assumed the mother was his wife. Shout out to FJ!
