Sean “Diddy” Combs won a small victory in court after a judge slapped down federal agents suspected of leaking information in his s-x trafficking case.
Diddy’s lawyers had asked for a gag order on the feds after The Post detailed the embattled musician’s depraved alleged “Freak Offs” and quoted a federal law enforcement source involved in the probe who called the orgies “sick s–t.”
In response, Manhattan federal judge Arun Subramanian issued an order late Friday warning federal prosecutors and other law enforcement officials working on the case to follow existing laws barring them from releasing any grand jury information or other non-public information that could impact a fair trial.
“Those remarks, if made by an agent involved in the investigation or prosecution of this case, are plainly improper,” Subramanian wrote.
“To be clear, this order isn’t based on a finding that there has been any wrongdoing thus far, as the court has made no findings at this juncture relating to [Diddy’s] allegations that information related to the case has been leaked,” Subramanian added.
“The point of this order is to help ensure that nothing happens from now on that would interfere with a fair trial.”
“The Court will take appropriate action for any violation of the rules,” he added.

This is not going to matter.
The victims are going to speak even the ones who don’t have a case against him. Thing is puffy BEEN had this reputation since waaaaaayyybback in the day. Before social media now just think how bad it had to be that the rumors got out to the general public at a time where there was no social media

Everyone knows how evil and sadistic he is now so this won't help. This is about the only victory lap he will take ever again in his life. This lap will only be in his mind cause this ninja will never take a lap in the free world ever again.
@Jcee so far there is only one victim recognized by the federal criminal court. That is Cassandra Ventura. Keep in mind these other people filing lawsuits are not recognized by the federal criminal courts yet (if ever). The defense is doing a strategic plan. If they can find out who a source is or prove a government employee sent that tape to CNN, there's a chance at suppression. Apparently there aren't many witnesses to Cassie coming forward. Once you're on the stand, they become fair game. Hopefully Cassie will get the justice she deserves.
@12:44 Everybody knows only holds weight in the court of public opinion. Criminal cases are about what is presented in court only. If they rule on everybody already knows, that's a mistrial. The investigators have to be smart. 15 minutes of glory can get a case thrown out. @12:43 You're right, talking about the case and giving details can backfire for the prosecution. We all know that in the court, you are INNOCENT until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That's in court, not on social media. We all need to watch how things really work. That's why his team got rid of the African american judge.
Court is about strategy, not guilt or innocence.

He's not getting out of this. All the charges will not stick because lack of evidence or folks lying for a pay day, but he's cooked in the eyes of the public. This world is not big enough for him to find peace.
