I have asked this same question. If she's so crazy and such a liar, why hasn't she been sued.
What does she have the lady was sleeping in her car. Also a lot of stuff she says was been said years and years ago do I think there’s SOME truth to the stuff she says yes but not all . Dealing with ppl with mental illness ppl have to understand that some stuff will be true and some stuff will be exaggerated and made up. Sue her for what? People would spend more money on their lawyers and court fees to file a lawsuit against someone who even if found guilty; doesn’t have the money to pay them.

For the record, you don't sue to get just tangible goods or money. You sue to get a legal public record. If she comes into money in the future, you can lay claim to that. Why do you think celebrities do NDAs? The person may not have anything but they can be held liable. People don't sue her because possibly 1. she's correct 2. It may be partly correct and they don't want to open Pandora's box. But maintaining your reputation is valuable. So they just call her crazy and that usually works.

Celebs don't need the money. The should sue to shut her up. Once you get a judgement, you can have her locked up. But in order to sue her, you would have to show valid proof of a lie or defamation. If she's telling the truth, you just opened up a can of worms for yourself. Hell OJ never paid on his judgement. But he shut up. This ain't about money. They got money. Dame Dash knows what's up. I don’t see why A list celebrities would waste their time or money coming for Jaguar. No matter how much she’s spewed her stories, they aren’t covered on “mainstream” blogs like People, TMZ, E Online etc… but if an A list celebrity were to sue her, those blogs most definitely will pick up the story bringing more attention to themselves and notoriety to her. Continuing to let her ramble and ignore her is their best bet.
