Last night Tyrese predicted that he would be locked up for failing to pay the court ordered amount for child support, after accusing his wife's legal team and the family court judge of colluding against him [click here if you missed that].

Tyrese Gibson is in custody for failing to pay the amount of child support ordered by the court ... TMZ has learned.
The singer/actor -- and dad to 5-year-old Soraya with ex-wife Samantha Lee -- was in Fulton County court Monday morning to face the judge in the ongoing child support battle, and the hearing did NOT go well for Tyrese.
Judge Kevin Farmer was clearly fed up with Tyrese's refusal to pay the $10K/month Farmer ordered him to start paying way back in April 2023 -- so, today he held Tyrese in contempt of court, the bailiff put him in handcuffs and marched him out of the courtroom.
Now, Judge Farmer did say Tyrese can square things up, and avoid jail, if he coughs up $73,000 -- which includes $7,500 for Samantha's attorney fees. Looks like Tyrese saw his arrest coming ... Sunday on IG, he called Samantha’s moves "goofy," while insisting he's totally innocent.
Our sources say Tyrese is currently making arrangements to pay the $73K ... so, it doesn't appear he will remain in custody for too much longer.

In regards to the legal "system"....not every man has money on hand to pay to up.
But the gov it all to quick to lock a man up, like this will solve any problems..
Maybe the gov should be giving men FREE A vasectomy surgery...Ohh yeah that right they do busy chopping little boys up and little girls up instead....unbelievable this sick world we live in!

2:59 they recently was giving out free vasectomies and guess who didn’t show up? You do realize the government can’t FORCE vasectomies these men refuse to get a 10 min procedure done or wear a condom that’s the issue not the government! These men wouldn’t have to worry about child support if they wore condoms or got a vasectomy just read the comments on such topics on IG those men state clearly they are not getting a vasectomy instead they want women to get tubes tied hysterectomy or be on all types of dangerous birth control instead of them wearing condoms or getting snipped!!!
Tyrese has the means to pay but he is a bitter baby daddy and thinks by not paying is hurting his baby momma he cares nothing about his child

The problem here are men who lack the moral decency to take care of any children they father; not free vasectomies, not the government, not condoms! Tyreese's dumb arse got arrested, paid bail, his and her attorneys fees, and has to pay the exact same amount of child support anyway!!! Men get locked up for lack of human decency toward their own innocent children. Lock that rich mofo up for being an A**hole toward his child.
