Earlier this year former Bad Boy music producer, Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones, filed a $30 million civil lawsuit against Bad Boy CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, claiming 50 Cent's baby mama, Daphne Joy, was part of Diddy's trafficking ring [click here if you missed that].
Now the Southern District of New York is digging for more dirt on Diddy and Daphne...

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York got a subpoena requiring the fancy Miami hotel to cough up documents and other evidence related to Diddy.
Diddy and his ex Daphne Joy are both named in the subpoena. The subpoena calls for the hotel to hand over reservation records involving Diddy, Daphne and other associates of the Bad Boy Entertainment CEO.
The subpoena specifies the period from January 1, 2008, to the present, asking for check-in and check-out dates, room numbers, guest preferences and requests, and billing information, including room service.
Federal prosecutors also requested email and mailing addresses and phone numbers, along with forms of payment, such as cash and credit cards.
Prosecutors further asked for computer IP addresses and logins for the individuals, as well as copies of their identifications and vehicle information. What's more, the feds inquired about surveillance footage at the hotel.
The new subpoena was issued only a couple weeks ago ... so it looks like the authorities are still hard at work on the Diddy probe.

I’m just floored at Daphne even associating herself with Sean knowing the tension between him and Curtis. I know she’s free to date who she pleases but it screams payola no matter how she spins it.
Seriously, Diddy wasn’t trying to wife his nemesis’s baby mother. Unless she can produce W-2’s for services rendered she pretty much looking like an accomplice in some illegal activities with Sean.

Those dates seem to be around the time he started dating Cassie. 2008 is when she claims he got her hooked on opiates and started having her hang around his circle of friends. They trying to make a RICO case by any means necessary. A lot of people were complicit.
Daphne only investigated because Lil Rod mentioned her by name as being a sex worker in his law suit. By his own description, if everything he says is true, then Lil Rod is a sex worker too...complicit and bitter after the check didn't clear.
