Halle Berry and her third ex husband, Olivier Martinez, are currently in family court battling over custody of their 10-year-old son Maceo [click here if you missed that].
Now Halle is accusing one of her former employees of snapping pictures of her interactions with her son and passing them on to Olivier...

In a five-page declaration, she has now accused Olivier of trying to "dig up negative information" by recruiting an ex-employee named Erica "to memorialize her interactions with Maceo" and allegedly share them with the child's therapist, Dr. Amy Goldman.
Berry said in the documents, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court: "I recently received a copy of Erica's e-mail to Dr. Goldman, in which Erica, 'per Olivier's request', wanted to have a 'confidential conversation' with Dr. Goldman regarding her time in my household."
She continued: "Through the lawsuit I have initiated against Erica for violating the terms of her employment contract, I have learned that (1) Olivier pressured Erica to reach out to Dr. Goldman by leveraging a referral for employment and requested that she send him photos and videos recorded during her employment; (2) that Olivier told Erica exactly what to say to Dr. Goldman."
The exes were married for two years before splitting up in 2015 — and their divorce battle dragged on until 2023.

This is just nasty work. Erica is a dummy for doing this and it's going to seriously cost her some money. Halle's ex is a dirt bag.
She sure picked a winner and she going through hell with them whyte boys. Wonder if she'd be dealing with anything like this with Eric or David.
Eric and David both cheated on her. Eric had two women in their bed and one of them had on Halle’s lingerie.
I wish people would stop acting like the black men she was with were better. Neither is making the money they were making back then so yeah, they’d be milking her dry if she had a child with either one!
He is such a creep. The videos aren’t just for court proof of her being negligent. He just wants to see her interactions with their son. The man is obsessed.
Halle will say the man in her life is the best relationship ever.
Then when it falls apart she is vicious to the man and is always the “victim”.
She wanted to take her daughter away from Gabe by moving to France but the court told her no. Moving the kids all over the place to hurt the father that she picked and had a child with.
It isn’t the men it’s her.
3 marriages. Makes me wonder if the problem is her or she picks men based on looks only and ignore their character thinking she can change them once they get married.
I remember a couple of years ago she posted a photo of Maceo walking upstairs in high heels. She thought it was cute, but I know Olivier probably felt some kind of a way about it and the posting of it on social media.
