Faith Evans Considers Legal Action Against Publisher of Kim Porter's Alleged Dairy

This week the publisher of the late Kim Porter's alleged diary admitted he wasn't 100% sure that the passages were real [click here if you missed that].

Now Faith Evans, who is mentioned the the diary, is considering legal action against the publisher...

Faith Evans is seriously considering legal action against Kim Porter's posthumous memoir after it sensationally implied she played a role in her late husband Biggie Smalls' death – allegations insiders say she vehemently denies.
The scandalous 60-page book titled Kim's Lost Words, published earlier this month, is supposedly a collection of diaries from Sean 'Diddy' Combs' late wife, and includes damning allegations which implicates I'll Be Missing You singer Evans in Biggie's murder.
Biggie, real name Christopher 'The Notorious B.I.G' Wallace, was killed, aged 24, in a drive-by shooting in the early hours of March 9, 1997, in Los Angeles. The case remains unsolved.
While there have been endless conspiracy theories over Biggie's murder and the events that led up to it, Porter's book claims that Diddy, 54, initially orchestrated Evans' relationship with the late star so he could 'monitor' him.
It also alleges that Evans, 51, always suspected disgraced music mogul Diddy had something to do with the rapper's death.
An insider told DailyMail.com that she is 'mortified' and 'absolutely disgusted' by the wild claims and denies 'everything the book says about her.'
They said: 'Faith Evans is considering taking legal action against the author of the Kim Porter book.
'The book claims Diddy used her to spy on Biggie Smalls and that she always suspected that Diddy was behind his murder. Faith is horrified by the story because it actually uses her name.'
Evans was married to Biggie until his murder. The couple had one child together, Christopher Wallace Jr, CJ.
Following the damning book's release, the insider claimed that Evans has had to assure her 27-year-old son that she had absolutely zero role in 'harming' his father.
The source added: 'Faith had no idea what the book claimed until she received calls about it and was mortified that anyone would imply that she played a role in harming Biggie.
'Her son, CJ Wallace, is absolutely disgusted and is confused by what the book says. She has had to assure him that it is a lie.
'Faith absolutely denies everything the book says about her and is serious about taking legal action.'

They may be lies but Faith married Stevie "Butt Buster" J who still adamantly defends did he, so I know her hands ain't clean and her eyes didn't seen some things.

I doubt she does it.

Jaguar said it too. It isn’t far fetched. He didn’t want Kim to be his main woman and he had plans on forming his own empire with Junior Mafiah. When people start putting in legal claims against Jaguar for saying the same thing then I will believe them. Faith bumped Tupac to get back at Chris for cheating so much. Faith then married her son’s Godfather. Anyone who gets with Stevie J knowing how toxic he is is just as toxic and she tries to cover it up.
I see why her career is stagnant. She’s a bird!

She should sue them but I'll wait to see if she does anything. I doubt she'll do anything because she's too busy with her extracurricular activities to be bothered with this lying book. I still can't believe anyone was dumb enough to buy that mess.

Jaguar Wright said the same thing. I want to see her sue Jaguar.

When you are implicated in a murder, you don't "consider" suing! You do it! With that said, I don't believe you're innocent Faith. I always found it strange that Big was able to wife you.

How could Faith have something to do with Biggie's death AND think that Puffy had something to do with it? Don't yawl see how completely conciliatory that is? A retired LAPD Detective proved that Biggie was killed in retaliation for Tupac. Biggie was Puffy's cash cow, he had no motivation to harm him, at least not at the time of his death. I do not believe Faith had anything to do with it either. Ain't Jaguar a crackhead? What makes her so credible again?

I don't believe she had anything to do with Biggie's murder, but she is probably in those Freak Tapes. If you marry somebody like SJ then you have lost all creditability with me.
See you at the trial.

Biggie was forming his own label. If you recall his album Ready To Die didn’t do well. It wasn’t until he died his album did big numbers thus Puffy profiting because he sure didn’t give Big’s family nothing.

Faith having anything to do with his death could be a stretch but her being a pawn to spy on Big isn’t.

She won't. Discovery would uncover too many uncomfortable truths for Faith.

Jaguar is a bum who doesnt even have an active address. Can she actually be sued???

Now if Tamron or Sherri Shepard said the shyt Jaguar says they would get sued!!! Without question. They have money, and influence unlike Jag the Couchsurf Queen

It's a lot of people in denial about the validity of that book. But nobody close to Kim Porter denied that she had copies of those tapes, OR that a flash drive exists. I tell you what, for that book to be a lie, somebody had a hell of an imagination!

That makes no sense. Jaguar can be sued but what would they get? Sherry and Tameron have too much to lose. Huge difference.

In order to sue someone you need to fill out the proper forms, those forms need an address for the defendant. You cant sue someone if you have no idea where they live or work and basically are bouncing from couch to couch.

My point was Tamron and Sherri have INFLUENCE, meaning people actually take them seriously. Nobody is really taking anything Jag says seriously other than brainless conspiracy nuts. Remember (you might be too young) when Oprah got sued for suggesting people stop eating hamburgers? Yeah thats because she has credibility, Jaguar doesnt thats why nobody has sued her crackhead ssa....

Jag and Faith are cousins.

I listened to the book. She wasn't implicated in the unaliving. The book read that Puffy hired her to keep Biggie busy and be his woman. They then got married. It goes on to claim that after the east coast west coast feud, he encouraged her to sleep with Pac. Puffy decided to hold protection from Biggie because Biggie was planning to leave the label. After his death, Faith (and Biggie's mom) confronted him in separate conversations. So she was implicated. She was accused of being Puffy's eyes and ears.

I dont believe faith had anything to do with biggie's murder. Faith's problem is drugs! she is a bonafide crackhead. that is why she married stevie j. he is a coke head and was enabling her. faith's career and second marriage was ruined all because of drugs. remember she got busted with coke on tour years ago and her second husband took the rap for it. she was crack buddies with whitney houston! both from newark and would have get high studio sessions

No, I get what you’re saying. Calling Jaguar a crackhead doesn’t take away from many of the things that came out to be truth.
Not having an address actually works in her favor.

The fact that she had to put it out that she was "considering" a law suit says a whole lot. Usually, if there WERE falsehoods, no considering would be done. Ol' girl is more guilty than she's letting on, because all she is, is a bird.
