Diddy's lawyer confirms he will take the stand to testify in his own defense...

Sean "Diddy" Combs' racketeering and sax crimes case is set to take a dramatic turn as he intends to testify in his own defense.
The rapper's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, acknowledged that the move is a gamble but noted that "there's no one better to defend Diddy than Diddy himself."
It will open Diddy up to being cross-examined and asked several shocking questions. However, Agnifilo believes that the Grammy winner is seemingly in the best position to defend himself in court.
"He has his story, and he has a story that I think only he can tell in the way he can tell it in real-time," Agnifilo said, per The Mirror. "And it's a human story. It's a story of, of, of love. It's a story of hurt. It's a story of heartbreak."
The lawyer continued, "I mean, when he describes that relationship, the word he uses more than any other word is heartbreak. He was heartbroken; she was heartbroken."

^I agree. If your lawyer is OK with Dodo testifying for himself you need new council. That means he has no defense for Puff. He's already been tried sealed and delivered by every one. Roll the tapes pls.
If he testifies he's definitely done. No explaining away all those crimes.
Its a lose lose situation.
Testifying or not, he is going down. A lawyer can only do so much in a case like this regardless of his price tag.
I just hope his kids arent allowed in the actual courtroom. They dont need to hear the details of their father's wild s3x parties.
