Sean "Diddy" Combs' attorney says the rapper is "in treatment and therapy" as he faces charges for serious sx crimes.
The music mogul, 54, was arrested on Monday, Sept. 16 at 8:25 p.m. On the following day, he was charged with sx trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prstitution, according to a federal indictment.
During Combs' arraignment hearing Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 17, his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said Combs is in “treatment and therapy for things that most respectfully he needs treatment and therapy for and he’s getting that."
Agnifilo did not detail what Diddy is in treatment for, citing confidentiality.
Still, Agnifilo added, “Mr. Combs is not a perfect person. There’s been drug use, there’s been toxic relationships – which I think were mutual in their toxicity as these things often are." He added that getting help "at the ripe age of 54" should be applauded.
Combs, who pleaded not guilty in court, was denied bail and remanded to custody as he awaits trial. Prosecutors also alleged he had what appeared to be drugs in the Manhattan hotel room where he was arrested on Monday.

This man is the devil, I can not understand how he could have been so abusive towards Cassie and others when he had daughters/girls of his own.

He has to get treatment for his HIV and herpes. That's why he always pleasured himself while watching Cassie get pummeled. Otherwise he'd have even more lawsuits for purposefully spreading his nasty diseases.

@3:34 Keep in mind, the male prostitute in Miami, that Diddy regularly hired to have sex with him and Cassie, named Jonathan Odi, sued Diddy for giving him herpes and won. The case is sealed. So Diddy had to tread lightly.
