Often times creatives focus on their art and craft but lack formal business skills such as negotiating, pricing, or understanding contracts. As a result, they may accept lower pay or not push for fair compensation for their work.

Big shout out to this brother for being mindful and knowing the value of his work.

I’m not mad. They got it. Pay up!

He must be hard up for money because unless he owns the IP (trademark, patents or copyright) of that dance, he can forget it!

He created and choreographed that dance so he has every right to sue. F that. Pay the man his money.

I didn't know a person could lay claim to movement. Did he get permission from MJ or James Brown for copying some of their moves?

This is a difficult lawsuit. I see both sides of the comment on this post being valid. This will be one for the law books. A crafty lawyer could make this a win.

I see this being settled out of court he says he owns the copyrights to the dance moves. This sounds to me like anytime that dance is done he gets paid? Or done by nsync? Wonder if he gets paid everytime the video is played or they do the dance on tour?
