Good luck to Beans. I always liked his flow and he still bops on my daily workout rotation. Hopefully the major weight loss is an intentional attempt at better health but wings ain't it.

I can't stand when folks preach the limited knowledge they have in nutrition on the net. Like they've never heard of moderation. Do they stand in front of bakeries and preach, too?
