T.I. and Tameka “Tiny” Harris’s sixual assault case, filed by a Jane Doe in 2021, has been dismissed. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, the official paperwork was filed on Thursday (August 8) with the United States District Court of California. The order of dismissal was approved by Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett.
“The court agreed with Tip and Tameka that Jane Doe doesn’t appear to have any viable claims,” a rep for the couple told AllHipHop. “As Tip and Tameka stated three years ago, these allegations are some of the many false, salacious allegations thrown out into the media in a cheap attempt to extort money from them.”
The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice.
