She’s both, desperate and slow. Compared to her sister, Toni, she’s an average entertainer. Beautiful voice, sometimes which is why she’s D list. Can’t draw a huge audience enough to have an actual concert. She only has two hits. Can’t sing and dance because she does too much ratchet dancing, not being able to control her breathing. She’s average at best and her nasty attitude is why labels aren’t taking a risk to offer a real contract.
