Lil Baby's Mugshot Released

This week Atlanta rapper Lil Baby was arrested on weapons charges in Las Vegas [click here if you missed that].

New details from the arrest and Lil Baby's mugshot have been made public...

Lil Baby repeatedly told detectives “to just arrest him for the charge and let’s go,” before he was arrested on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon at a Las Vegas casino, according to an arrest report.

On the evening of Aug. 26, around 8:30 p.m., the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was alerted to a situation involving Dominique Armani Jones, also known as the rapper Lil Baby, at a casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

Security reported Jones for possibly carrying a tan-colored firearm in his waistband while gambling, according to the report.

Security at the casino reviewed the video surveillance which showed Jones to have a tan-colored firearm in his inner waistband. Police said Jones reached for his firearm placed it inside a black duffle bag and handed it over to a man who was with Jones.

That man was contacted by security and the firearm was confiscated from him at the casino property, the report stated.

LVMPD officials then interviewed Jones, who admitted that he knew carrying a firearm in the casino was not allowed, but had forgotten he had it with him after visiting a nightclub earlier, according to the report.
