Well this is not new. When you get old enough have an account check your books.
Bills have to be paid off our back. Mine made me work the SYEP program in NYC during the summers and would take my whole check. They saved my money but when I turned 18 and it was time to cash out, they only gave me 1K and said they needed the rest. Smh.
