Last month actor JT Jackson filed a civil lawsuit against his former friend, comedian Kevin Hart, after Kevin falsely accused JT of setting him up to get caught cheating on his wife [click here if you missed that].

Kevin Hart admitted to dropping the hallucinogenic drug Molly the weekend he ended up cheating on wife Eniko in 2017 while she was pregnant with their first child.
In a transcription of the “Fatherhood” star’s deposition – filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Aug. 6 as part of Jonathan “JT” Jackson’s lawsuit against Hart and obtained by Page Six – Hart claimed his friend, whose identity he kept concealed, pressured him to do the drug despite telling him, “No, I don’t really f–k with drugs like that.”
“F–k it, I said, and I put it in my drink,” he told DAI Robin Letourneau during the deposition. “I had some water there. It was watered down. Because it’s in my drink, I’m fine. I’m fine with drinking. The night is good.”
Hart, 45, goes on to describe meeting Montia Sabbag – the woman with whom he’d have sex with while in Las Vegas – and said he brought her and another woman named Morgan to his hotel room. Eventually, Morgan left, the “Ride Along” star said in the deposition, and he and Montia fell asleep.
“I did not have sex with [Montia] that night,” he said. “I had sex with her the following morning. She woke me up.”
Hart details his and Montia’s romp and claims, in hindsight, he realized she was trying to “get closer to the [hidden] camera” that ultimately recorded a sex tape allegedly used to extort him at the time.
The “Jumanji” actor further alleged that he believed the camera was, in fact, hidden in advance by someone because he never felt Montia leave the bed.

So this makes NO sense, because the drug would have WORN OFF by morning especially because he slept most of it off. 💯 So him having intercourse with that woman was a decision he made NOT being high. Molly doesnt last all day and all night, and into the next morning. No recreational drug really does that. Thats why addicts have to keep re-buying and re-taking. Ask the neighborhood Crack head for verification 🤣🤣🤣
Now i will buy he Maybe was slightly hungover but that just proves he definitely wanted it because he didn't touch her when her was at the highest point of that drug running through his veins. He just proved his friend is innocent and HE MADE THE CHOICE the following morning to sleep with the woman on his own free will. 🤡

I don't believe him when he says he doesn't do drugs. I would bet he does plenty of illegal substances and lots of alcohol.
His argument is against his friend for setting him up to get caught cheating. Not for drugging him or even paying a six worker. He can’t and isn’t arguing that his friend forced him to cheat. If his friend actually set up a camera pointed to his bed in his hotel room, then whoever set that camera there to record, placed it there to set him up to Get Caught cheating - not for having six, just for the catch on order to extort. The facts surrounding all that are clearly relevant. Kevin knows he can’t blame him for the cheat part

WAIT. So, your friend offers you drugs. You say no. Then, YOU decide what the heck and admit YOU put the pill in your drink. You admit that YOU, not your friend, bring two women to your hotel room. You further admit that the morning after, not the night when you were actually high, YOU sleep with her. All this and the friend is only mentioned at the beginning of the story at least eight hours prior to the act. boy BYEEEEEEEE
