Interestingly the advisor only mentions the homes in NJ and not the home in Atlanta that was mentioned in the article.

Lord Cardi if you gone do anything you gone clear the record. I’m on the fence about clearing the record though because he Cardi gets a lot of flack for correcting in accuracies and providing receipts. She is probably one of the only celebrities I’ve seen do this, but when other celebrities are being accused of something and they don’t speak on it the first thing people say is well it must be true because they’re not denying it. They’re not speaking on it, but Cardi gets a lot of flack for doing it so I don’t know. I think that if it makes her feel better to address the rumors and the lies, then so be it .

She likes to explain herself a lot to people who don't pay her bills. Makes me wonder because you know the saying about hit dogs who holler.
This seems like it was written by a family member or friend because this "financial adviser" can't write worth a damn and these texts sound highly unprofessional.
I don't know why people so worried about mortgages they'd never qualify for.

If they were lying she'd sue them like she did Tasha K. And saying you spent 400k on jewelry this month is bird behavior. It's not a reflection of being responsible with money.

Anyone that's been paying attention to the entertainment industry knows she's either lying or doing something else to earn that money. 400k spent on jewels is the opposite of fiscal responsibility.

Hopefully with age comes wisdom for her in the awareness and knowledge that what otehr people think and say about you HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU, unless you say it does and agree with their assessment. You can chose not to include their vitriol in your life.

I've never understood the interest in celebrities finances when most of the people commenting or reading the stories don't even own a home. They're either adults still living at home with their mothers, living in a tiny apartment, in the projects with a babydaddy, or a mobile home community. No room to talk but will judge someone because The Sun made claims that Cardi got a second mortgage. This type of gossip is weird especially considering most people are too lazy to get an education or grab a book off of amazon to learn how to increase their credit score on a quest to homeownership. This woman not only owns her home but has purchased her mother's house with no mortgage. That's an accomplishment. It's odd behavior to speculate about something you have zero personal knowledge of.
^ One reason is bc these 'celebs' be lying. Why not call them out on that, your time would be better spent.

Home ownership isn't always what it's cracked up to be. Don't pay those taxes and see how quick you no longer own your home.

Would you be including yourself in this cohort, madame? Because you speak with a great deal of certainty about something that's completely unverifiable. I believe that's what's usually referred to as Projection.
