The SirDavis brand is named for Beyoncé’s paternal great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, who distilled moonshine in Prohibition USA. Hogue’s moonshine was hidden in cedar trees for family and friends to happen upon, open, and enjoy. According to Knowles-Carter herself, the discovery of her great–grandfather’s distilling legacy encouraged her to create her own whisky brand.
“I’ve always been drawn to the power and confidence I feel when drinking quality whisky and wanted to invite more people to experience that feeling. When I discovered that my great-grandfather had been a moonshine man, it felt like my love for whisky was fated. SirDavis is a way for me to pay homage to him, uniting us through a new shared legacy.

So anybody can create some anonymous whiskey and no research has to be done on it before it's entered into a major competition that gives out these supposedly prestigious awards? Yeah. Ok. Sure.

The issue with Beyonce is she’s winning awards that really aren’t heard of outside of Grammy.
I don’t know what it is about this but as I was watching how Regina Hall receives so much love because of her on time comedic speeches, wit and her personable personality, getting along with ANYBODY in Hollywood, why can’t Beyonce be just as personable? Everything with her is about money and being the best but she has no personality.
As Regina was speaking I was trying to imagine her hanging out with witty and other beautiful women. She comes off as ‘Everyone is jealous of me since I was a little girl’.
Now, it looks like that was because she is just stupid and pretty.
Certainly explains why she didn’t attend the DNC to support Kamala Harris. It’s one thing to perform but outside of that she is not able to sustain a mature conversation.
Regina said that women should be supportive and present. Acknowledge your sister while standing next to her. Show her off and her talents as well as your own.

This is suspicious. I wish Beyoncé was a woman with personality. She prefers to be a canvas that is painted beautifully. We get nothing out of her other than a silly giggle. She’s too old to not have intelligence, wit and to be able to engage with other beautiful women. Explains why she didn’t attend the DNC.

She anonymously entered it in awards to curb the naysayers doubts. No one knew it was Bey's liquor so this shows that it is a darn good product even before it was released. Hope this helps.
