Before yall come in and go after her he has always treated her horribly. He also CELEBRATED no more child support payments. So if the kids in school he has to help with the tuition. I see why she drags him. He’s awful.

Legally she can go to court and ask for it. If I'm a man I would be embaressed that my kid would have to ask. People love money too much. You will not take it with you. Depending on the state, child support ends either when the child turns 18 or when they graduate from high school. So it might be a lost cause for her to try to get that $200k.
