Now insiders claim Diddy is pulling up stakes and leaving L.A. for good...

Diddy is ready to pack up and leave L.A., because we've learned he is trying to sell his Holmby Hills mansion for a hefty, hefty price.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the embattled rap mogul is trying to sell the house off market, for way more than he paid. Diddy plunked down $40 mil for the house back in 2014, and we're told he wants around $70 mil now. Our sources say that's a real stretch.
We're told Diddy wants out of L.A. and will not be looking for another place to hang his hat.
He was in L.A. last month for a few days, but has been spending most of his time in Miami.

Good luck getting $70m in L.A. Those taxes are why most heavy hitters are leaving L.A., plus the movie industry is pulling up stakes after the strike. He'll eventually sell it for what he paid, if not less.

His kids are practically all grown. He doesn't need that Big ass house. Liquidate the money, give it to the kids and pay some bills before you go to jail.
He'll go to Florida for sure. He has soured his name with the locals in both LA and NY. Like others have said - the kids are grown. Plus, he's rich. He can make arrangements for the twins to homeschool their senior year or live with a chaperone in their own penthouse. He's rich!
He has spent more time in Miami than LA for the past couple of years. All of the kids have their own place and the twins probably will live with the oldest brother or play aunt until they go to college. I don't think he was forced by his current situation, just another business move. He has two homes on Star Island so why not lighten the load?
