Details From Chris Brown Lawsuit

Last night The Buzbee Law Firm announced they were filing a lawsuit against recording artist Chris Brown after accusing him of assaulting four of his fans in Fort Worth [click here if you missed that].

New details have been revealed...

From TMZ
According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Brown, Yella Beezy, CB's entourage lieutenant Sinko Ceej and Live Nation are all facing a lawsuit filed by the 4 alleged victims ... who are seeking a whopping $50 million.
Brown's "11:11" tour hit Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX on July 20 -- and after the show let out, plaintiffs Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell say they were invited backstage and escorted there, along with 40 women, for a post-concert hang.
The plaintiffs say it took Chris 30 minutes to enter the VIP area, where they'd grown tired of waiting and began to make their exit ... but not without saying goodbye to the guest of honor.
According to the suit, Bush says he dapped up Chris, congratulated him on a good show and received appreciation from the "Under The Influence" artist.
Then, Bush claims a member of Brown's entourage shouted loudly, "Man you don't remember you two were beefing?" and claims Chris replied, "Oh yeah, we were. What's up, n****? I don't forget sh*t" and verbally ordered his crew to give Bush the beats.
In docs, Bush claims he was surrounded by 7-10 of Chris' chums who punched and kicked him. He also claims an entourage member known as Hood Boss threw a chair at his head.
The plaintiffs also allege Chris sent Yella Beezy and co. to "f*** up" Parker, chasing him into a dead-end staircase with a locked door.
Parker says he was punched and kicked in his head for more than 10 minutes after Chris encouraged all of his companions to get a piece of the action.
All 4 men say they suffered severe injuries and had to undergo various medical treatments. Their attorney Tony Buzbee says at least one of them remains hospitalized and vowed to bring CB to justice.
In addition to the $50 mil in damages, the plaintiffs have also filed for restraining orders against Chris, Beezy, and Sinko Ceej.

What was the beef though. I feel like I’m missing something. Are they saying the guys were talking shyt because he was 30 minutes late and decided to leave but did the smile in his face fakeness, causing the small pea brain entourage to start some unnecessary drama.

Sounds like a bunch of ratchet, immature thuggery.

CB doesn't deserve or appreciates his career. And for ppl that want to forgive him because he's sooooo talented, no worries. They have dance offs and singing talent shows in prison.

Chris does too many shows with men in attendance. Not saying his entourage is innocent either but the 4 boys wasn’t on some Steve Uriel meekness. They was talking smack and his ignorant entourage overheard it. Read the room and shut up. You already know Chris is a loose cannon!

Chris doesn’t deserve to be antagonized either.

Someone in the know told me that his handlers keep him drugged up, so they can take advantage, which I believe. But also, this is corny. I'm willing to bet these dudes were backstage talking trash and were really just trying to goad them into a payday. This is also why most seasoned celebs (like Kendrick) don't let randos hang around. They're a liability waiting to happen.

Sounds dumb

LL Cool J is seasoned. Big Daddy Kane is seasoned. Ice Cube is seasoned. Ice T is seasoned.
Kendrick still has baby milk behind his ears. Seasoned rappers don’t bring together Crips and Bloods for a music video to antagonize another rapper.

You gotta live a long life past the streets to be seasoned.

I do agree with the fact that his handlers are taking advantage of Chris, tho.

9:40 AM, Antagonized you sound like you live in the hood. You don't even know if this story is true. But what we do know is he's a druggy that gets in fights.

10:52, Kendrick has solidly been in the game for 15 years and has yet to produce a bad album and is still very much on top. And personally, I love that he brought Black people together, to stop pointless violence. He gets mad respect for that. Anyway, Kendrick was at a show in Atlanta and pulled up, did an amazing show, and literally jumped right back in his car. Zero chance for random groupies and hangers on to get at him. Nevertheless, my point is that when you have something to lose, you don't let randos hang with you, because all it brings is trouble, especially when those clowns don't have anything to lose.

Why were these 3 men invited backstage in the first place? They got tired of being around 40 women for 30 minutes and wanted to leave?? What kinda men are these? This don't make sense.

I’m the hood? You wish. No need to read the rest. Only a hood booger would say something so stupid.

Why do you care so much about a druggy that beats women and men, for what? Simple fan stands for simple celebrity. He doesn't care about you or me. Have a seat.

Sounds like the plaintiff was plotting and Chris and crew fell right in his trap smh.

Why do you care so much about how others feel about someone you don’t like. Triggered.

^ You just sound stupid for taking up for an abuser.
