Common and Pete Rock were on The Breakfast Club to promote their new album, "Auditorium Vol. 1" when Common started talking about how inspiring it was to be dating a woman from Chicago and how much it affected his new music, prompting Charlamange to ask about the possibility of marriage.
Without hesitation Common responded,
"With all due respect to all the women I've dated, cause it's all love, but this is really a healthy and beautiful relationship and I'm doing my best to keep God first and communicating all the stuff I learned as a human being....'
"...And if I'm going to get married, it's to her. It's as simple as that."

Follow the patterns because men don't change. Jennifer better keep that talk show on for as long as she can because once is over, he'll be on to the next sucker.
I don't know why Common gets so much hate. He's never publicly disrespected any woman he's dated and usually keeps his relationships private. So what he gets around? These women are grown and should be able to spot a red flag at their big age. At least he's not impregnating all of them like Future.
