From Deadline
EXCLUSIVE: The Upshaws will be coming to an end. Netflix has picked up a 12-episode final installment of the blue-collar multi-camera comedy starring Mike Epps, Kim Fields and Wanda Sykes.
The streamer has been releasing (and renewing) multi-cam comedy series in parts, so the pickup is for Part 7 of The Upshaws, which Netflix calls a final season.
The six-episode Part 5 of The Upshaws premiered in Apil, with the 10-episode Part 6, the sitcom’s penultimate run, slated to debut in early 2025.
After the 10-episode first season, seasons 2 and 3 of The Upshaws were released in two parts each, consisting of eight and six episodes, respectively. They were followed by a 10-episode Part 6 and now 12-episode Part 7.
The Upshaws will wrap with respectable 60 episodes, the third longest run for a Netflix original multi-cam comedy behind The Ranch (80) and Fuller House (75).

Wasn’t funny
This show didn’t utilize all of Mike Epps potential and let’s face it Kim Fields and Wanda Sykes are funny as hell
Not. See you in the next one Mike. I’m a fan.

I thought it was good
This show is good. Check it out if you haven't already. It gets better / funnier in the later seasons.
That show was boring!
I tried it.
The show was DRY, with a side of lazy writing.
I just think it could've been much better... better acting, better storylines... better casting.
And Mike, Wanda, and Kim are great comedic actors, but something about this felt very low budget.
Not to pit them against each other, but Marlon Wayans' show was a lot better out of the gate.
I'll watch the later + upcoming eps to support but, this show made me feel like maybe I should pursue comedic TV writing.
Stale comedy. Ditch Wanda Sykes for sure.
They had a comedian playing a serious ro;ev
Serious role
This is the type of show they think we'll like even when its lame writing, unfunny and uses been there and done those jokes. Bye.
