He is right about Will sitting down in front of someone besides his wife to clear the air about him having such a low moment. But he is not honest with himself, his family is a group of weirdos and he don't owe nobody an apology for going out like an eternal sucker. If it was not for Martin starring in the movie too it would be a whole f' him.
He does need to apologize for that episode.
Willard does not owe me anything. Violence is wrong but Chris is the reason why Black people regularly have to hear some night crawler “explain” the difference between a Black person and an N word and decide if they are going to lose their life’s work by slapping the urine out of the night crawler. Chris should have been dealt with years before in a back alley. Stephen “Gonzo” Smith would need to apologize to Black people 100x before Will Smith.

Will apologized to Chris and that’s enough. He doesn’t owe an apology to the black community in my opinion. I also feel that Chris owes Jada an apology for making fun of her hair. That’s what started everything. A woman losing her hair is not a laughing matter. It is a very serious and sensitive thing. Stephen needs to stop stirring the pot and stick to sports.
