Stephen A. Smith Clarifies Will Smith Chris Rock Comments

This week sports analyst Stephen A. Smith went viral after demanding an apology from Will Smith for the Black community, claiming he was not comfortable going to see "Bad Boys : Ride or Die," until Will explained why he slapped Chris Rock at the Academy Awards [click here if you missed that].

Stephen A claims his initial concerns were because he knows how highly white America regards Will Smith, and that Will was making the entire Black community look bad with his behavior.

However, after speaking with Will's former manager, Charlie Mack, Stephen agreed that Will deserves grace. 

Stephen A. Smith addresses the backlash he received for saying Will Smith still needs to give the Black community an explanation for why he slapped Chris Rock.
