Now Simon is accusing Porsha of exaggerating her need to film in their former marital home...

Simon Guobadia fired back after his ex Porsha Williams filed an emergency order seeking the right to film in the former couple's home, arguing that her request should be denied as the Bravolebrity came to court "with unclean hands."
RadarOnline.com has obtained a bombshell new filing from Guobadia submitted on Friday, claiming she over exaggerated and should ultimately be shut down for a number of reasons.
For one, he explained that Williams purchased a house in Gwinnett County, Georgia, back in 2016 currently worth over $1.8 million dollars, stating she can film at that home or other locations.
"Petitioner fails to show that an emergency exists," a lawyer wrote on his behalf. "Petitioner commenced this divorce action on February 22, 2024, yet waited 3 months before filing her 'emergency' motion on May 20."
As we previously reported, Williams claimed it was "vital to her ability to sustain her income and employment."
Guobadia responded by claiming she wasn't forthcoming enough to warrant her request being granted, also arguing that she engaged in "intimidation tactics" to force him out of the home.
Williams "wants to use her employment to obtain relief from the Court, but on the other hand she wants to use the Court to avoid providing documentation of her employment to the Respondent to prevent him from preparing a defense against Petitioner's claims," the docs stated.

I watched Porsha today on RHOA reunion and noticed as they looked back at the seasons filming. Porsha ALWAYS has a man, always. Of course, except at the reunion taping..she made some excuse for him🤣 , but...
Yes, she is above average beautiful for an unambiguous black woman. (before you shoot: meaning, she doesn't SEEM to be ridiculously coveting Euro/Exotical features to gain BM attention) She also maintains acute styling underpinned with submissive demeanor. Sure, she's very extra, but isn't it required to even be show-worthy? Porsha, overall strikes me as "Black-Barbie" of sorts. She's attractive, pedigreed, has mass appeal and not entirely polarizing.
Porsha also seems to only deal with men with a bag or pretending to have access to one, but the clincher is, putting her first seems her only requirement.
IMO, she's decent everyday people, but not. Because as an unambiguous BW she seems typically taken seriously, a rarity for our women. No one is perfect, every woman isn't going to proverbially be Savannah, but Porsha certainly isn't IMO average, one might argue notes should be taken. If you can be beautiful or have access to beauty, let it work for you and just play dumb. Seems fun.
Pedigreed? Are you serious? Underground Railroad Porsha is as dumb as they come. The only thing she’ll get a pass for is knowing how to use her looks to catch (but not keep) a man. And they’re all duds so she doesn’t even get that right.
