Unfortunately, it looks like she's heavily intoxicated via drugs or alcohol. Its my opinion, that she's had a long-term substance abuse problem that's been unchecked, hence the constant anger, the marathon rants, the consistent bad decisions (ie marrying "Zoo")...all that stuff could be a result of drug addiction
