For years rapper Ice Cube has been trying to squeeze another 'Friday' sequel out of his popular comedy franchise [click here if you missed that].

It might be nearly 25 years later, but luckily for Ice Cube, there’s always another Friday around the corner.
“We’re working on it. We finally got some traction with Warner Bros,” Ice Cube told Flavor Flav on his SiriusXM show Flavor of the Week. “They have new leadership, my man Mike DeLuca, who used to be at New Line when I first started, when I first did the first Friday and Players Club and All About the Benjamins. Mike DeLuca was there.

Nah. We can do without that for several reasons. No Chris Tucker. Everyone that was funny in 1,2, or 3 has either gone on to glory or is way out of that movie budget. Anna Maria Horsford, DC curry, and Bebe drake are probably too old to resume their semi-funny roles. Clifton Powell might be game but then they might as well call it the Pinky movie. The only people who probably care are those who visit the Friday house in L.A. And that's not even as popular as it once was bcuz neighbors got tired of Cubes antics and the noise. When the County gets involved it's time to let go of the thirst. This movie was filmed more than 25 years ago and Cube is still talking about a sequel.

Everybody who was in the original Friday movies are grandparents now and this sequel should reflect that. Add some of these very talented younger comedians and allow them to be Craig, Smokey and Day-Day's kids.
And everybody here who said something negative to say will watch it, STFU.
