Gayle King Doubles Down on Timberlake Support

Last week Gayle King defended pop star Justin Timberlake after he was arrested for drunk driving [click here if you missed that].

King doubles down...

Gayle tells TMZ
"I was in no way saying drunk driving is OK, and I also made that clear. But nobody picked up on the rest of the sentence."
"I don't consider him reckless or irresponsible. Was that a bad thing? Did he make a huge mistake? Yes, and I think he acknowledged that."
"But we're always so quick to cancel and criticize anytime someone makes a big mistake and I'm just sort of tired of that."

Oprah's woman needs to shut up. No one cares but her. Justin don't even care.😂😂✌️💯

Driving drunk is a sign of disastrous judgment. Gayle shouldn't be defending this punk.

Oprah's favorite white man is John Travolta, and Gail's is Justin Timberlake. What's the problem?

I appreciate that she is standing firm on her stupidity. Driving under the influence is by definition reckless and irresponsible. We don’t need some idiotic bought and paid for talking head to tell us anything when there are actual facts. Consequences for bad illegal behavior is not cancelling.

@R in NYC...EXACTLY! That man can care less about her capping for him!

I didn't see JT standing for JaneJ when he pulled her nipple out. She got canceled and when to the award ceremony and picked up his trophy that year. He gets the middle figure from me.
Plus, he's aging badly like old, molded cheese. That's the Hillbilly in him. LOLO
