Charlamange Admits Asking Tyla Off Limit Questions

Last week radio personality Peter Rosenberg put rival, Charlamange tha God, on blast for asking South African recording artist Tyla questions that were banned by her record label, causing her to go viral for all the wrong reasons [click here if you missed that].

Charlamange admits disregarding the mandate and explains why...

...claiming he had a job to do.

Ion't like him but he's right on this. He told them he wasn't going with the program and I guess they just didn't believe him. LOL

Oh well. He warned them. Next!

I don't believe he warned them. He's just covering up his azz after being messy.

If Tyla doesn't want to answer questions about race she needs to cater to the white folks and stay out of our face and urban radio.

Maybe she'd be more open to talking about race if Americans weren't so ignorant of how race works in other countries. The issues Charlemagne brought up weren't relevant.

What does her race have to do with her music? I would have walked out or started talking about the reason she was there. MUSIC

Her music has everything to do with her race. This is America. Anyway, the differences are worth discussing too… Americans always have plenty more to learn about from around the world.

@ 11:52 He did warn them. Can't you read?

It has nothing to do with race. Yt ppl sing R&B music all the time. Are you going to ask them about race? No, you will not. Afraid of the Yt's coming for your show and career. Stop all already with the double standards.

Tyla shouldn't think all Black Americans obsess about her skin. It's pitiful what they're doing to this South African princess. She makes great music.

@5:43 He said he warned them. Are you dumb enough to believe what he said?
