Back in 2010 Shaunie O'Neal filed for divorce from her husband, Shaquille O'Neal, after the NBA superstar was caught a series of public, and private, cheating scandals [click here if you missed that].
In her new memoir, "Undefeated," Shaunie admits she's not sure she ever really loved Shaq, and he says he understands....
In her book Shaunie writes,
“Looking back, I don’t know that I was ever really in love with the man, but I was in love with the idea of being married to the man I had a family with. I was in love with the idea of building a life together. I truly did enjoy spending time with him. [NBA] road trips allowed me to be with my husband and experience the NBA life for a little while.”
After excerpts from Shaunie's book went viral Shaq posted on Instagram,
"I understand...I wouldn't have been in love with me either. Wishing you all the best. All love Shaq."

Trash. Shaq was a dog, no question. But To memorialize a statement like that, when she has clearly profited from being this man’s wife is a trash move. They share children together and even though I’m sure they understand infidelity they’re also grown enough to know a gold digger when they see one. And she low-key said she appreciated the lifestyle that he afforded her. Shaq has always kept it classy and he’s been honest. Hope her husband is honest with her and tell her that he really likes men
She was in love with his huge bank account. She was not in love but had four children by him. Shaq still kept it classy, while she is trash. She could have kept that to herself, is her husband now in love with her, or her money?

She left a relationship to be with Shaq. She had two children and was pregnant with the 3rd when they finally married. They were not in love, it may have been lust.
I never could stand this old stank ski slope nosed heffa and now I finally have even more reason not to. She not even that cute. All she saw was dollar signs and she couldn't have been anywhere near as successful as she was without him. Nobody really knows what their marriage was really about but why talk sh!t all these years and kids later? Did the whole world really need to know that? She deserves all the bad karma and then some.
I'll never understand how or why a newly remarried woman who claims to be so happy is still talking about her ex who she's been done with for over a decade. She's a BIRD with a capital B.
^ She's talking about him because she really doesn't have anything else to say. I'm learning more about her on this thread than I knew before. She was already married, and she had a couple of Shaq's nutts before getting married to him but she didn't love him. Gurl, you look all kinds of skanky right about now.

Wrong road Shaunie wrong road. It was a dead end for Jada and will be one for you. Only reason she has the life and opportunities she does is because of Shaq. Just off the strength of that she didnt need to plug some book talking about him like that
