Sean has agreed to extradition...
From ETonline
Sean Kingston has waived his right to fight extradition and will soon be transported to Florida, where he is accused of committing more than $1 million in fraud and theft alongside his mother, Janice Turner.
On Tuesday, the 34-year-old singer had an extradition hearing in San Bernardino Superior Court and agreed to be transported to Broward County, Florida, where he and his mom are facing charges of conducting an organized scheme to defraud, grand theft and identity theft, arrest warrants issued by local police state.
According to the Associated Press, Kingston -- whose real name is Kisean Paul Anderson -- was still being held at the San Bernardino County jail as of Tuesday afternoon, but officials were working with Florida law enforcement to bring the "Fire Burning" singer back. Kingston was not in court but signed papers agreeing to the extradition.
