Last year, just days after Bad Boy Entertainment CEO Sean "Diddy" Combs settled his lawsuit with ex girlfriend Cassie Ventura [click here if you missed that], he was hit with a similar lawsuit filed by a Jane Doe accuser claiming she too was assaulted by Diddy, when she was a minor [click here if you missed that].
Now Diddy has filed a motion to have the case thrown out...

According to the filing, obtained by TMZ, Diddy's attorneys want Jane Doe's suit -- in which she alleges she was violated by Diddy and others at the age of 17 back in 2003 -- dismissed with prejudice ... and they say the statute of limitations on the statute she’s suing under has lapsed.
But more importantly, they point out ... she didn’t include many pertinent details -- outside of her alleged assault -- which they feel makes her claims paper thin and not worthy of being heard. They also insist … her allegations simply never happened, period.
The lawyers also slam the fact she slapped a "trigger warning" on her original lawsuit -- something they claim was likely done to drum up attention to the salacious nature of her claims -- which Diddy's attorneys say is completely without merit.

He can never go back to hiding his past of dirty deeds.
I believe he's guilty but the courts are more than likely going to throw those BS cases out. Little Rod's case reads like a 5th grader wrote it and the other case seems really unprofessional too. If he thinks people are going to be celebrating with him, then he's fooling himself because most of the world knows he's as guilty as sin. He needs to crawl back into his hole and find something charitable and productive, then go to rehab for at least a year.

This wicked black devil, will more than likely not be thrown in prison, but he is done the devils he's been servicing is done with him, might expose some real pearl clutching goings on, and the public ain't ready for that. Hell they might just kill him.
Russell not out the way his victims not just pursuing him. He was recently served legal paperwork in Bali!!! All the way from America. I think we need to as a community really look into laws. Just because Kevin Baki don’t mean the ppl over there won’t turn him loose! Of it happens to a white man trust it can happen to him there was a white man hiding out in a place where they don’t extradite and guess what he was still brought back to America 🤣
