Former Good Morning America host Amy Robach reportedly wants her old job back, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to a sensational report, insiders revealed, "Amy is lobbying hard for her return" after seeing an opportunity with the recent exit of medical correspondent and co-anchor Jennifer Ashton.
"She believes her familiar presence could help stabilize the show."
While the tipster claimed Robach was attempting to make a case for her return, an ABC insider scoffed at the idea.
"For Amy to reclaim her spot, ABC would essentially need to acknowledge they made a mistake letting her go," they stated.
The insider noted, "That's not a move they typically make. Her return isn't something she shouldn't count on!"
RadarOnline.com has reached out to Robach and ABC reps for comment.

I think she feels she made a mistake with TJ and just wants to go back to the way things wete but just for her.
She can forget about that. People don't want to see her on tv and be reminded of two marriages that fell apart.
She wants her old YT life back.
If these were regular people that were just following their heart at any cost, I'd say they're going through a rough patch. It happens to a lot of people of all races and backgrounds. Yet they both showed their butts both personally and professionally. They probably found out the hard way that it takes a minute to get enough podcasting ad money to live off of. One or both might as well teach broadcasting at some college in the Midwest.

The affair didn't cost them their jobs, but the blatant disrespect to their spouses certainly did. They were too disrespectful to where not even t.v. executives could over look it. They had no mercy on their spouses or kids. Not wishing ill will, just saying I understand why they had to be fired. As adults we have free will, use it wisely.

I look at them and I think of the broken hearts they recklessly left behind. Campbell’s Soup, Amazon Prime, not even TEMU wants to be associated with them.
Yep, they may as well open an ACME School of Broadcasting with a class on what not to do to get fired.
Amy got what she wanted. Now enjoy it.
