Last month rapper Kendrick Lamar dissed rappers J. Cole and Drake in an uncredited verse on Metro Boomin' and Future's single, "Like That," from their joint album "We Don't Trust You [click here if you missed that]."
While Drake hasn't responded on wax yet, J. Cole has finally returned fire...
love him. loved this. he's definitely my favorite among this newer crop of MCs/rappers.
perhaps it's just the college-educated southerner who vibes w/him.
i never got kendrick's appeal. seems like a contrived facade.
aubrey is probably too busy posted in another ninja hood like a bad chick! sneak dissing women. and aligning himself with violent men and criminals for attention.
