According to reports Jane Doe filed a motion with the court to dismiss her lawsuit with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled.
Diddy has steadfastly denied the allegations claiming the former employee, who has since been identified as Raven Walden and worked for Diddy for two years, was fired for not doing her job. Diddy also disputed Raven's claims of being related to Kim Porter [click here if you missed that].

Of course he gonna pay her off! She was the nanny and know way too much inside information. I can’t believe he fired her tho! Somebody should have told Diddy it’s cheaper to keep her.
