It’s my understanding that paying to Jesus or God is not like pulling a slot machine for prizes, wealth, power and popularity. But, I’m not religious so who am I to say?
Predictably, this is what happens when you try to use God to gain favor with mankind. God is not a toy that you can play with and use for your glory. God wants you to trust him and it will build up your strength, your character, your endurance and most of all, your faith. Once you learn to trust God, you will be unstoppable, unshakable and nothing can turn you away from what God has said is yours. Kanye tried to use God to create a gospel album to tap into another genre. It was all for money and to convince people that somehow he was more special than anyone else. A man or woman has to develop a PERSONAL relationship one on one with God. It's you and God having a conversation and then you listen or watch for instructions. This ain't your game Kanye, you're just a player in it and everything you get, it comes from God. You have to develop a prayer life and build yourself unto righteousness. I don't play with God because the consequences are lengthy and severe. God has grace for mistakes but he wants you to learn your lesson and never forget it or you will repeat it until you do.
