Damon Dash explains Biggs and Jay misrepresented themselves as the CEOs of Roc-A-Fella Records and changed the company bylaws to block the sale when he tried to unload his stock back in 2021.
Dame Dash explains why he prefers to sell his shares in Roc-A-Fella Inc. to Cam'ron and Mase, and says it would be fun to see Cam'ron and Mase run Roc-A-Fella Inc.

I did not know Roc-A-Fella was still popular…who are their artist? Do they still make clothes? Producers?
And side note…I’ve been hearing about Jay-Z all weekend. None of it was good.

Where is the money coming from for Cam'ron and Mase to purchase a record label? Neither has had a hit song in over 20ty yrs.
This is a subliminal I do what I want because Jay stopped the sell and wouldn't let Camron be the President of Roc-A-Fella. He loves the idea of putting Camron in a position to possible extract large sums from Jay for some think he wants. And I'd bet that Dame took a loan from Cam against the shares on a hand shake because they both know Jay will come for it and will pay top dollar when Dame was going to sell shares to Jay he was lowballed badly very badly. Which I think both Jay and dame understood for what it was Jay offering crumbs because he feels Dame is struggling and needs it.
Jay Z and nem knew they was blocking Dame from gaining $ from HIS auction a few years back. So Jay that auction. But with THIS auction, Dame gets nothing from the sale. Jay-Z fake protested the judgement, but... he played Dame again. LOL. Dame ain't getting NATHAN from Roc-A-Fella. Dam Dame.
