This week music exec Steve Stoute sat down with Shannon Sharpe on the Club Shay Shay podcast claiming Damon Dash and Jay Z's friendship and working relationship turned sour, because Dame is immature and doesn't know how to treat people.
And Dame says that's why he smacked Steve a few years ago, because he's always speaking on other men's business...

Dame is it too late for you? I gotta ask not meaning has the world decided to cast you away but are you at the age that being set in your ways is a hinderance to change? Everyone didn't get together and have a meeting while you were sleep and decide to make you the bad guy. We see fron the outside looking in what you or anyone else that is human can't see because you are in it. YOu have grown a lot and you have evolved as well but not to the point that you feel the need to remind everyone who you used to be. Belive me everyone knows and remembers all to well who you used to be and how that person conducted himself. That alone is the underlying threat to get to close or to involved with you. You dont need to remind everyone at every opportunity, that alone is keeping you from doing great things no one can every say your talentless. No one can ever say you are without vision or creativity. Your a billion dollars all wrap up in a human being that is so caught on a idea or premise that you can't flourish or reach your peak for lack of being able to get out of your own way. You have so, so, so much talent and are so, so so smart and driven and can be so focused when its necessary but just can't shed that skin and bring forth the new improved iteration of you. Everyone recognizes your talent and capabilities and everyone respect your business accumen but know that you will soar to greater height when you accept that Harlem is a place not state of mind for a 50 plus year old man. Never let go of it but let it be one of the legs you stand on to elevate to bigger and better things. Also know that as much as you want to be independent and self sufficient ownership of legal intellectual property exploited threw avenues that strategic partners can who specialize in such things can elevate you and your creative out put to a new plateau

We have seen and heard him many times over the years. We know he's not a good person to work with. On that Hip Hop reality show he was on (WE TV) we saw how he destroyed bridges and treated his son horribly.
If you have the knowledge to make money once, then you can do it again and stop living off the past. When ppl don't like you then no one will work with you.
He was flossing in Jay's videos with that big belly hanging out more than Jay Z was seen. He's an @ss wipe.
